Have you ever accepted an offer, started the role with excitement, and realized you probably should have asked more questions during the interview? I’ve made that mistake more often than I would like to admit when the excitement of a new opportunity takes over, and I forget to ask all crucial questions. Below I share the questions; you should ensure you add at least 1-2 to your list for the recruiter and Hiring Manager.
These questions will aid you in determining if your next opportunity is the right fit for you. At the end of the interview, asking the right questions can make a difference in your decision to accept or decline an offer. For deciding what questions to ask, the hope would be that some of these questions during the interview should be answered. If you find yourself limited on time, may rank the question based on importance and then ask the interviewer if it’s ok if you submit the remaining questions via email or schedule a time to review.
